This Policy in Effect for Deliveries Received After February 1, 2018
30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Our policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of your package and you can return or exchange your product for any reason during this time for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges).
To be eligible for a return and a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received it in (inside the shipping envelope).
All returns for refund or exchange first must be authorized via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a reply by one of our support agents prior to sending the package back. You will be issued a unique RMA/DOP number. Without authorization and RMA/DOP number, returns will not be accepted and refunds or exchanges will not be granted.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment via PayPal.
Please note it may take up to 10 business days due to bank processing times before your refund is officially posted back to your credit card account.
To verify your refund has been received:
1) Check your online credit card statement or PayPal account.
2) If the refund is not showing up and sufficient time has passed, then contact your credit card company or bank.
3) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If instead of a refund, you’d like to exchange your product for a different one, after you are authorized to return the product per the above procedure, a credit for the value of your returned item will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or coupon code for the value paid for the original product (less shipping charges) will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you’d like to exchange it for a different product, after you return the product per the above procedure, a gift credit for the value of your return will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or coupon code for the value paid for the product will be e-mailed to you.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return a product back to us for a refund or exchange under the 30 Day Guarantee.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and reserve the right to not issue refunds for merchandise not received back within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Clearance Sale items (if applicable and noted online at time of sale):
Occasionally we will have a sale and offer specially discounted Clearance Sale items - in this case we will note that refunds and exchanges will not be allowed (except for defective merchandise covered by warranty – see below).
Two Year Warranty Against Defects
After the 30 day period, should any issue happen with a product that is due to shipping damage, a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, we will exchange your product for a new one of the same model.
To initiate your exchange, we require your original order number, a description of the defect noted and a photo of the watch to show the defect and verify the product is not otherwise damaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will advise you when you contact us if you need to send the product back to us. In this case, we will pay for the shipping charges.
